Charlie Nelson
Co-founder
"I learned this system the hard way, from the family's side of the desk."
Charlie comes from three generations of health professionals. He helped care for his grandmother through dementia, worked as a professional caregiver for men with behavioral issues, and later as a legal professional taking on large insurance companies on behalf of disabled clients whose claims they were refusing to pay.
At Nola, he leads product and strategy, and builds the tools that help our care managers support more families.

Alan Arjona
Co-founder
"A promise to a family is only worth something if someone is making sure it happens."
Alan's grandmother had dementia, and he watched how much of her care landed on the people who loved her. He spent five years in investment banking before moving into health tech and entrepreneurship.
At Nola, he focuses on operations, partnerships, and building the infrastructure behind the care team.
